If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, you can do so by sending us an email within 24 hours of purchase at email@example.com
If you receive a defected item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to replace the defective product. Once a refund is approved from our team, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. For all other reasons, due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds.
