Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, you can do so by sending us an email within 24 hours of purchase at whiteningcentral@gmail.com

Refunds 
If you receive a defected item, please contact us immediately at info@whiteningcentral.com. We reserve the right to replace the defective product. Once a refund is approved from our team, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. For all other reasons, due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
